Customers
Work that runs in production, not in a pilot deck.
We publish customer work when the outcome is verifiable and the customer agrees to the detail. Some stories are published without the customer name at their request.

02How we report results
What we will and will not publish.
- Verified with the customer
- Numbers we publish are measured with a method the customer agreed to, and are published with their approval.
- Named only with consent
- Some customers allow full detail; others allow the operating facts without the name. We do not imply endorsement we do not have.
- Achieved versus projected
- We publish observed operating results. Where an engagement produced a plan rather than a measured change, we say so on the page.
FuseIQ
Ask for the detail behind the results.
In a working session we will walk the delivered workflow, the governance around it, and how measurement was agreed.
