Solutions — AI Adoption

Adoption is a workflow change, not a training event.

Enablement that is disconnected from the work produces certificates, not usage. PraxisIQ builds role-based tracks against the specific use cases each function owns, and FuseIQ records who is actually working differently.

01The problem

Licenses issued is not adoption.

Vendor usage telemetry tells you a tool was opened. It does not tell you whether a workflow changed, whether the output was trusted, or whether the function that owns the process now depends on it.

  1. 01

    Generic training, specific work

Prompt courses transfer poorly to a reconciliation queue or a work-order review. Capability sticks when it is taught against the task the person is accountable for.
  2. 02

    Champions are named, then unsupported

Every rollout names champions. Few give them a working cadence, escalation path, or standing behind their own function's leadership.
  3. 03

    No feedback into the roadmap

When usage data never reaches the people prioritizing use cases, the portfolio keeps funding work that nobody adopted.
02Approach

Enablement bound to the portfolio.

Adoption work sits in the Deploy stage of the FuseIQ Program, and it runs against the same use cases held in the platform's portfolio.

Role mapping
Roles are mapped to the use cases they own so enablement content is written for a specific job, not a general audience.
Track design
Short, work-embedded sessions with the person's real cases, run in their tools rather than in a sandbox.
Champion support
Champions get a weekly working cadence with PraxisIQ specialists and visible sponsorship from their function lead.
Signal back to the portfolio
Participation and workflow usage are recorded in FuseIQ and used to re-sequence priorities.
03What is measured

Signals that mean something.

Workflow participation
Whether the enabled role is using the workflow that was built for them.
Exception behaviour
Whether people escalate and resolve exceptions through the governed path or work around it.
Owner confidence
Whether the accountable owner will defend the output to finance or to a customer.

See adoption measured against real workflows.

We will look at one function, the use case it owns, and what an honest adoption signal would look like.
