Who we are

PraxisIQ, Inc. builds and operates FuseIQ. This notice covers personal information collected through this website and explains how customer data is treated during FuseIQ engagements.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, role, your stated AI priority, and any additional context you choose to include.

We also receive basic technical information generated by your visit, such as the pages requested and general device or browser information, in order to keep the site working.

How we use it

To respond to your request, arrange a session, and continue a business conversation you initiated.

To maintain records of business correspondence, and to improve the content and structure of this site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the details you submit for unrelated marketing programs.

Lead-form processing

Form submissions are validated on our server and forwarded to the enquiry destination PraxisIQ has configured for follow-up. The details travel over an encrypted connection and are used only to respond to you.

Two anti-spam measures run on submission: a hidden field that only automated tools fill in, and a minimum time on the form. Neither collects information about you.

Analytics and cookies

No analytics or advertising service is currently running on this site, and we do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

If we enable analytics in future, it will be limited to page views and non-personal interaction events. Names, email addresses, company names, roles, and free-text fields would never be sent to it, and this notice will be updated before it is switched on.

Customer data during engagements

Operational data belonging to a customer remains the customer's. During a FuseIQ engagement, access to customer systems is scoped to what a specific workflow requires and is agreed through the customer's own security review.

Engagement data handling, retention, and deletion are governed by the contract in place with that customer, which takes precedence over this notice.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate this business, including website hosting and delivery, email, and the tooling that receives and stores enquiries. They act on our instructions under agreements limiting their use of the information.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the conversation and to maintain a record of business correspondence, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights and how to make a request

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To make a request, use the contact form on this site and describe what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge the request, may ask for enough detail to locate your records, and will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update this page and the dates shown above. Continued use of the site after an update reflects the current version.

Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact page. See also the website terms.
